The Nashville Predators swept the Chicago Blackhawks in four games to move on to the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs and Dierks Bentley thinks it's because he wore an awful hat during the game.
The hat clearly didn't hurt and neither did Luke Bryan's performance of the National Anthem beforehand. It was even Carrie Underwood approved.
Check out who Luke shakes hands with as he leaves the ice-- Vince Gill! Only in Nashville.
There were a number of great things about Carrie Underwood's performance of the National Anthem before the Nashville Predators NHL playoff game against the Chicago Blackhawks, but one thing stands out--
While being introduced, Carrie was simply, "seven-time GRAMMY Award-winner and long-time Predator fan."
We just don't hear Carrie described like that enough.
Also, she was wearing a Mike Fisher jersey.
Also, sporting events should just play a recording of Carrie singing the National Anthem before all games.
The Predators won in overtime and Carrie loved it the most.
I really hate tabloids. The majority of their stories are not founded in fact. They're speculation presented as fact and are generally negative. Unnecessarily negative.
So, there are many instances in which these two have been together in the past 10 months, but I'm a busy lady, so a quick look both of their social media accounts reveals seven pictures of the couple together in the time period that Star is asserting they've been apart.
Granted, Carrie and Mike are also good about sharing sweet moments about the other when they're apart. Like this picture Carrie shared of their son getting a puck from Mike during a hockey game. Or the below picture in which she painted her nails to show support for her husband.
While I don't know Carrie personally, and I can't speak to the state of her marriage, I can speak to the state of social media account. Saying they haven't been seen together in 10 months is just lazy.
Here are seven easy to find examples of the couple together in the last 10 months:
1. Country Couple
2. They Want to End Slavery Together
4. Game Night
5. Happy New Year
6. Handsome Hunk
7. Duck Faces
Carrie Underwood has seven GRAMMYs, 25 No. 1 hits and just happens to be most awarded artist in CMT Music Awards history. So, can you tell her award-winning videos apart?
Her fun, full-out version of everyone's favorite revenge song was just enough to wow coach Blake Shelton into the live rounds on the show, calling it her "best performance yet."
Carrie Underwood recently wrapped up one of the biggest years of her career with a massive tour and hit album that took her all over the globe. So, it's not surprising that she's taking a little time off to enjoy home with husband Mike Fisher and son Isaiah.
Of course, fans are speculating that this time off to focus on family is actually time to focus on expanding her family. And yes, she's moved into that point of her family life where people are just straight-up asking her when she's going to have another baby.
For now, she says she's on God's timing, "You know, we're on God's good timing or whatever you might call it. I'm just trying to figure out where life's going to take me next."
God's timing and maybe Isaiah's, because when Carrie was asked if he's looking forward to a sibling, she shared, "Oh no. As a matter of fact, if a dog climbs up on my lap, I feel like he gets a little jealous!"
Coach Alicia Keys had an easy decision when it came to Anatalia Villaranda's "Two Black Cadillacs" vs. Dawson Coyle's "Demons" during the Knockouts on "The Voice."
Villaranda's performance of Carrie Underwood's smash hit was big, bold and even a little over-the-top, but it was just right for TV.
After the cadillacs pulled away, Keys told her, "Anatalia, you surprised me again with this song choice. I think that's great that you want to keep evolving and showing all sides of who you are."
Adam Levine agreed, telling her, "Anatalia, you're the kind of person who is not going to stop until every person in this room hears you. That's a testament to your performance ability."
If MIke Fisher gets any cuter as a dad or a human, we might need a restraining order.
Mike recently posted a photo of Isaiah's first ride on a horse, which he captioned, "Nothing like hearing Izzy say 'I'm a cowboy' while horseback riding for the first time! He's a natural!"
Carrie Underwood shared the same photo commenting on the same thing we noticed first-- the daddy-son matchy-matchy coordination going on, "My boys, matching flannel shirts, a horse and the beautiful outdoors = perfection!"
