22 Celebrities Give Passionate Performance of Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive"

Recently W Magazine gathered together an all-star cast of Hollywood celebrities to improvise the 1979 hit "I Will Survive" -- and it was awesome.

Among those channeling their inner Gloria Gaynor were Emma Stone, Natalie Portman, Andrew Garfield, Michelle Williams, Chris Pine, Hailee Steinfeld, Dakota Fanning, Amy Adams, Taraji P. Henson, Felicity Jones, Matthew McConaughey and more.

While most spoke the song's lyrics, some decided to put their own spin on the classic track's musicality. Among my personal favorites were Emma Stone and Taraji P. Henson, who really want all out.

Turns Out, Chris Pine's First Audition Was for "Gilmore Girls"

Like many actors, Chris Pine got his start playing boyfriends and princes in romantic comedies and musicals.

In the early years, you could see Chris on shows like "ER" and "CSI: Miami," and movies like "Princess Diaries 2." But, as it turns out, he almost got his first big break on the beloved show "Gilmore Girls."

During his most recent interview with W, Chris revealed that his first-ever audition was for a role on the TV show. Though he can't remember which part he read for, I'm willing to guess that it was for one of Rory's boyfriends -- he seems the type.

Dean, maybe?
