Ok, so maybe you are a tad bummed that summer is coming to a close. We get it. But here’s the deal – come fall, the next season of “The Voice” begins!
And you know how much we love “The Voice!”
Season 15 of the singing competition show premieres Sept. 24 on NBC, and once again, they are shaking things up just a bit to keep things exciting. First off, Jennifer Hudson will join coaches Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine in the iconic red swivel chairs. Fans will recall that the “American Idol” star also served as a coach on “The Voice” back in Season 13, and also was on “The Voice UK” last season.
The new season of “The Voice” will also include a slew of new advisors such as Thomas Rhett, Keith Urban and former “Voice” coach CeeLo Green.
If that wasn’t enough, there will be another show to get addicted to! “We’re calling it The Comeback Stage and for the first time, six artists who did not get chair turns will be able to be coached by what we’re calling a fifth coach, digitally,” explains “The Voice” Executive Producer Audrey Morrissey in a recent interview. “And it will be a digital series. Then they will be able to rejoin the show in the live episodes. So that’s something new. We’re very excited about that.”
Of course, not everything is changing. The show will still run two times a week and Carson Daly will once again be back as the host of the show. And of course, at the end of the season, “The Voice” will find yet another singing star! So who is excited?
