Late last year Brad Paisley put the call out for fans to submit their real-life breakup videos to him for inclusion in his upcoming “Bucked Off” video. Well, Brad’s fans did not disappoint and the “Bucked Off” video is ready to go.
In a post on Instagram, Brad asked his fans to take out their camera and film as they are going through a breakup with your significant other. The result? Hilarious videos of everyday people ending so-called relationships.
The new song, which Brad describes as “turbo twang retro-futuristic rockin’ hi-fidelity country music,” was written by Brad, Chris DuBois and Kelly Lovelace and has the 46-year-old singing about, well…breaking up.

“This ain’t my first rodeo / Someone’s gonna get hurt / Whenever someone says we need to talk / It feels like there’s a number / Pinned on to the back of my shirt / ‘Cause this is where the cowboy gets bucked off / Yeah, this is where the cowboy gets bucked off,” he sings in the chorus.
The video, directed by Jeff Venable, was filmed at the world-famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge in downtown Nashville during Brad’s free pop-up show. The performance footage interspersed with fan clips of hilarious breakups, make up the finished product.
