Brett Eldredge has made no secret of his love for his dog Edgar. The “Lose My Mind” singer has shared precious moments with his dog on social media from the day he brought the little guy home.

Now, Brett is taking it a step further and starring in a video with his four-legged friend. In a special cut, titled The Edgar Cut, Brett created a brand new video for his song “Love Someone,” and Edgar is certainly the star of the show.

Directed by Jeff Venable, the video has Edgar dreaming of the perfect day with Brett as they enjoy candle-lit steak dinners, motorcycle rides across the city, afternoons at the park and so much more. But that dream turns into a nightmare when Brett finds a lady to share his time with and Edgar is not to happy. Edgar awakens to realize his best friend is still there for him.

Edgar is also the breakout star in the official video for “Love Someone,” where he can be seen dancing in the bus with Brett and making appearances on stage during concerts. Brett’s furry friend did such a good job in the original, he warranted his own cut.

Edgar entered the 32-year-olds life two years ago when he was just a pup and they’ve been sharing their adventures ever since.
