We Now Know Exactly Why Carrie Underwood Was in the Studio Rehearsing

We finally know why Carrie Underwood was in the studio rehearsing with her band. The Grammy award winner has been added to the list of performers for the 53rd ACM Awards on April 15.

Not only that, the superstar will be performing the world television premiere of her soon-to-be-released single live. Details of which, she revealed via Instagram, will be announced on “Wednesday April 11. 6am ET.”

As we all know, Carrie has been lying low since she took a tumble in front of her house last November. We hadn’t seen or heard much from Carrie for the next few months. As of last week, the Oklahoma native started sharing pictures on Instagram. She posted a photo of herself rehearsing in the studio, leading all to speculate what she was rehearsing. Now we know.

Carrie will be joining a host of previously announced A-list stars including,  Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Blake Shelton, Keith Urban and more.

Also scheduled to present during the show are actors David Boreanaz, Sam Elliot, Ashton Kutcher and Rebecca Romijn, as well as olympian Lindsey Vonn and others.
