Shortly after welcoming his second son, Jacob Bryan Fisher, in January, Mike Fisher was welcomed as the guest of honor onto the ice at the Nashville Predators game Monday night (Feb. 25).
Mike was honored for his philanthropy and brought along his oldest son Isaiah to be a part of the special night. Dad and Isaiah entered the ice to a cheering crowd, who couldn’t resist the adorableness of of the mini Fisher. Upon their entrance to the ice, Mike was then presented with a gift from the Nashville Predators organization, for which Mike played 7 seasons.

That wasn’t all. Nashville Predators Captain Roman Josi and Edmonton Oilers captain Milan Lucic converged at center ice to meet Mike and Isaiah for a ceremonial puck drop. But it was Isaiah’s smile as he posed for a photo, that stole the show. The little guy was smiling from ear to ear standing proudly next to his daddy. When it was time for Isaiah to drop the puck, he dropped it first on the carpet and then picked it up and tried again. The second time was a charm, as Isaiah nailed the drop.
Decked out in a Preds Jersey and jeans, Isiah bumped fists with the captains and turned to grab on to his father’s leg in excitement. Then the 3-year-old raced back from center ice to a slew of high fives from the team. All in a day’s work for the little Fisher.
