Without question, Carrie Underwood has an incredible community of supportive fans, including her “Care Bears,” but one fan recently rose to the top after posting an especially poignant and personal homage to the country star on his socials—her husband, Mike Fisher.

Mike often travels with Carrie on the Cry Pretty Tour 360, helping to care for their sons, Isaiah and Jacob, and supporting his wife. And while this couple has always been each other’s biggest cheerleaders, this happy husband took it up a notch.

Sharing a video clip of Carrie going for the glory note of “Cry Pretty,” he seems to be in awe of his beautiful and talented bride.

Mike writes, “If I had a dollar every time someone on tour said ‘I don’t know how she does it,’ I’d be rich.” He then takes everyone behind the curtain. “I wish everyone could see how she does it! She still gets up a couple times a night with Jacob. Wakes up and makes sure everyone is fed, then works out for 90 minutes (a workout much harder then mine) Then gets ready for the show with soundcheck etc, then meets dozen of fans, then meets radio people and then goes out and sings her heart out for 2 hours, then gets on the bus and on to the next city for a repeat.”

Mike then goes on to say, “Hard work is more important than talent in everything and she has loads of both but the short answer of how she does it is that God’s given her a crazy voice and determination (and energy) to be able to do what He’s called her to do! I love watching her do her thing and showing people the gift that God’s given her. He’s the only explanation to the question ‘I don’t know how she does it.’”

And she does it well.

The Cry Pretty Tour 360 continues through the end of October. Carrie will then co-host the CMA Awards with Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton on November 13 before settling in for a nice break.

It really is amazing how she does it all. Ephesians 3:20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.
