Darius Rucker and Lady Antebellum are in the midst of their co-headlining Summer Plays On Tour and it’s obvious there’s plenty of fun going on. In fact, there’s even been some memorable pranks.

Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley shared an epic prank he recently pulled on his co-headliner and it will surely make you laugh. During a recent stop in Phoenix, Ariz., Charles left a surprise for Darius by his golf cart. In the short clip, the singer can be heard talking with his golf buddies before he notices a snake lying on the ground in front of him.

“Oh, s–t! Who f—in’ did that?” he screams, running off to the green before giving a hearty chuckle.

“Watch yourself @dariusrucker,” Lady A share on Instagram. “Playing golf with @dariusrucker at #whisperrock in Phoenix and we pranked him with this fake snake! @jfujigolf for the win!”

Warning, some harsh language could be heard.

Lady Antebellum are far from the only country singers who poke fun at Darius. On Wednesday (Aug. 22), Darius was recognized with the Gary Haber Lifting Lives Award at the 2018 ACM Honors at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. The singer was presented with the award by Kip Moore, who gave an entertaining speech about his friendship with Darius as he looked on from the front row.

“You nervous, ain’t you? You nervous. Darius and I, we have quite a few things in common. We’re both gorgeous,” Kip deadpans, getting a laugh from the audience.

He then went on to critique Darius’ golf skills after his friend insisted that he was a better player than Kip. That is, until Darius saw Kip’s “swing of pure silk” in action the “Last Shot” singer admits. “He had to keep his mouth shut and I haven’t heard a peep since.”

Darius and Lady A’s Summer Plays On Tour runs through October, where we’ll be patiently waiting to watch more pranks develop.
