If you’re looking to get decked out in denim this season, Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley and his wife, Brittany, have a Tribe Kelley hook up for you.
As part of their Tribe Kelley clothing brand, Brian and Brittany unveiled their new American-made line of denim clothing which includes vests, jackets, and jeans for men and women. The couple held an exclusive reveal for friends and family at Tribe Kelley Trading Post located in Nashville’s Hillsboro Village on Wednesday, May 2.
Friends, including Shay Mooney of Dan+ Shay, A Thousand Horses members and Little Big Town’s Phillip Sweet and his wife Rebecca, shopped for their favorites denim product, complete with the Tribe Kelley teepee logo.
“The teepee that you find in our logo has several meanings,” said Brittany on their website. “I am proud to say I have Native American blood in me passed down from my maternal lineage. I grew up in Indian Springs, Georgia drinking the “healing water” (that smells like eggs! haha). I went on to study several upper level courses of Native American History in college and loved the metaphorical meanings behind the teepee and how it brought different tribes shelter and communion. We have a real 23-foot teepee at our home in Nashville, Tennessee that was a wedding gift from Brian’s duo partner, Tyler, and his wife and my good friend, Hayley. The teepee is a place Brian and I shared many special and creative moments, and what better image to symbolize our family, our pack, our Tribe, than a teepee. ”
The couple founded the line in 2014 and carry versatile pieces for both men and women. The denim pieces range from $200 -$250 and can be purchased at the Tribe Kelley website.
