While October 1 is a day most people, including Jason Aldean, want to forget, one woman is leading the charge to get survivors of the Route 91 Harvest Festival attack back together for a concert.

Tiffany Thomas recently created a Facebook group, 58 Survivors 1 Last Set, with the goal of gifting Aldean a gift and invitation to come back to Las Vegas and finish his set from that tragic evening.

Thomas told KTNV, “After it happened, all I could think about was Jason Aldean. I kept thinking like he was up there, he was on that stage, he was singing for us.”

Through the group, Thomas met another survivor, Gina McKin, who came up with the idea to send Aldean a book of photos from their weekend in Las Vegas before the shooting. The book has different pages dedicated to survivors and victims.

“I hope that when he opens it, he just sees that we love him and that we know what he’s going through,” McKin said.
