Kacey Musgraves enters 2015 riding high from her GRAMMY wins for Best Country Song and Best Country Album. After taking home the ACM for Album of the Year, she took home the CMA Song of the Year for “Follow Your Arrow.”

Same Trailer Different Park and “Follow Your Arrow” were both certified gold in 2014 for selling over 500,000 copies and she went on tour with little up-and-coming pop star, who might be playing the Super Bowl half-time show, Katy Perry.

She’s recently hinted that she’s been back on the studio working on her second album and with a pretty full touring schedule coming up, one can only hope that new music is coming sooner or later.

Before Kacey Musgraves was the groundbreaking, boundary-pushing artist she is today, she was a champion yodeler (yeah, it’s a thing). But, she really got her shot at stardom with a 2007, seventh-place finish on “Nashville Star.” Much like another East Texas native, Miranda Lambert.

In 2012 she got her first recording contract and hasn’t looked back since. But, we are.

Kacey is set to hit the road on a continuation of her Same Tour, Different Trailer this spring.
