Kelly Clarkson Says Recent Weight Loss is a Result of Clean Eating and Not Working Out “At All”

Though we think Kelly Clarkson looks flawless always, you’ve probably noticed that “The Voice” coach has lost a bit of weight— especially if you saw her working the CMT Awards gray carpet

In an interview with Extra, Kelly opened up about her weight loss and the book that’s helped her along the way. 

“I literally read this book, and I did it for this autoimmune disease that I had and I had a thyroid issue, and now all my levels are back up. I’m not on medicine anymore because of this book” she said of “The Plant Paradox” by Steven Gundry. “It’s basically about how we cook our food, non-GMO, no pesticides, eating really organic.”

 

She went on to say that working out hasn’t been a part of her regimen. “I’m not working out! I think people think I’m working out and I’m like, ‘Don’t think I’m going to come play some sport!’” she said. “Literally, I haven’t worked out at all!”

Sounds like something I can get behind!
