Kelly Clarkson’s Meaning of Life Tour is in full swing and Kelly is sharing the stage with a host of special guests.
One of those very special guests that joined Kelly in Glendale, Arizona, just happened to be the winner of Season 15 of “The Voice,” Chevel Shepherd. Chevel brought Team Kelly a second consecutive win on “The Voice,” when she took home the crown last season.
“I’m in love with you. I really did luck out,” Kelly said. “I really lucked out in getting such, not only talented people on my team on ‘The Voice,’ just incredibly sweet and humble and love music and in it for all the right reasons,” Kelly added.
But before the two began to sing, Kelly wanted to share a story about the gift that Chevel received from her dad.
“My dad bought me a 1972 Chevrolet Chevel,” “The Voice” winner said. “I don’t know how to drive it because it’s a manual. He hasn’t taught me.” They’ll be plenty of time for the Chevel.

The two went on to chat with the crowd, but then it was time for the some singing. After Chevel said she wanted to make a “classic country record,” Kelly cheered and took a back seat, letting Chevel take over the crowd with her song, “Broken Heart.”
“Maybe we were born with broken hearts / Only half of who we are / Two jagged pieces looking for their counterparts / Maybe we were born with broken hearts,” the duo sings in the chorus.
The Meaning of Life Tour continues on Thursday, Feb. 7 with a stop in Kansas City, Missouri. We can’t wait to see who else will pop as a guest on the tour.
