Kelly Clarkson is taking her television skills to the Billboard Music Awards as host, so to help her prepare Ellen DeGeneres let Kelly take over her show.

Kelly was nervous about her hosting duties, so she drank a little wine interviewing Ellen. Kelly’s hosting skills were fine, but her show’s intro was amazing and her introduction for Ellen was also pretty great, “She’s the queen of daytime, the queen of kindness, the queen of my life, I love her. She loves to scare people, that part sucks, please welcome Ellen DeGeneres!”

After a few awkward questions, Kelly went to what she knows best– karaoke. Ellen and the whole audience joined in on “Since U Been Gone” and it ended well.

Kelly also performed her awesome single, “I Don’t Think About You.”
