Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott welcomed her twin daughters, Betsy Mack and Emory JoAnn, into the world on January 29 and the singer’s household has been bustling ever since. The mom of three has continuously shared how she juggles her busy family life through social media, often posting adorable photos of her new twins.
In her latest Instagram photo, the singer snaps a quiet moment with both twins in her arms. “Full arms, full heart,” the singer captions the sweet image as she stands in front of a mirror in her home.
Hillary’s schedule has been picking up since giving birth in January. The mom recently traveled to New York City where she and her band mates Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood performed several songs as part of Today’s Summer Concert Series in New York City. During their appearance, the band told Carson Daly while working on their newest album, Heart Break, that they decided to travel outside of Nashville.
“We went down to Florida to the beach and got away from everything that was normal in our day-to-day life and then we went out to Los Angeles for a couple weeks as well,” Hillary explained. “We just wanted to switch it up. We had been a band for almost 10 years at that point.”
Lady Antebellum are set to begin their co-headlining Summer Plays On Tour with Darius Rucker on July 19 in Toronto, Canada. Hillary previously shared that her husband, drummer Chris Tyrrell, will not be joining the band on the trek as he decided to stay home and help raise their three daughters while she’s on the road.
“I’ve been a bandmate, employee, husband and dad, so I’m okay removing a hat,” Chris tells People. “Besides, when you looked at whether the band could do without me or her, there wasn’t much question!”
