Lady Antebellum are in the midst of their Summer Plays On Tour with Darius Rucker, but when the trio isn’t on the road touring the U.S. they’re at home with their kids. Lady Antebellum’s Dave Haywood shared a recent trip to the grocery store with his two children and we’re betting it’s a little different than shopping with his bandmates Hillary Scott and Charles Kelley.
The singer posted several adorable photos on social media during a trip to the store with his children, four-year-old son Cash and nine-month-old daughter Lillie Renee. Their Publix run included several much needed treats as the two kids were shown seated in the grocery cart next to each other.
“Livin the @publix dream,” Dave captions three photos.
While Lillie and Cash are happily occupied snacking throughout the store, when the eldest Haywood has his hands on some Sweet CeCe’s frozen yogurt his sister clearly wants her fair share. In one photo, Lillie looks to be pulling on her older brother’s t-shirt requesting he pass the treat. Scroll through Instagram to see the cute photos below.
It isn’t Cash’s birthday anymore, so we’re hoping he shares! Earlier this month Cash turned four and Dave also used Instagram to reveal his son’s special birthday gift — a drum kit.
“Our house got a little louder today with this present,” Dave captions the clip of Cash testing out his drums. “He LOVES the drums and immediately asked for us to sing his favorite song #Speechless by @danandshay to play along.”
Lady Antebellum’s Summer Plays On Tour with Darius Rucker runs through October. The trio recently announced a new label deal with Big Machine Label Group’s BMLG Records. Previously, the band were signed to Capitol Records Nashville.
