Miranda Lambert and her handsome husband, Brendan McLoughlin, have been pretty quiet on social media since surprising us all with the news of their nuptials back in February. We did get to see the gorgeous couple on the red carpet for this year’s ACM Awards, and now we see that the relationship has gone to the dogs. Literally.
Miranda posted a series of photos on her Instagram page and it appears that they have two temporary four-legged residents at their country farm. In the caption, Miranda explains, “Meet Smoke and Bandit! They showed up at the farm last week and we’re bringing them to #CMAFest to get adopted. No vacancy in our Mutt Motel! #FarmLife.”
In one of the photos, Miranda snuggles with one of the black-and-tan cuties, but in the last, Brendan is seen with both of the puppies in the horse barn, and from the smile on his face, we can assume that he has the same passion for animals that his wife has.
If you follow Miranda, you know that she is leading another MuttNation March on June 6 to help kick off CMA Music Fest. Miranda will lead the parade and, hopefully, Brendan will get to join in on the fun, too. After the march, MuttNation will be working with the Nashville Humane Association and Tractor Supply to help puppies available for adoption find their fur-ever homes.
If you’re attending CMA Music Festival this year, you can find those pups at the Music City Center in Xfinity’s Fan Fair X.
