Celebrities are stepping up in big ways to help fans who are coping with the pain and suffering they are experiencing amidst the country’s coronavirus concerns and Taylor Swift is certainly among them. The multi-faceted entertainer and entrepreneur has reached out to several Swifties (Taylor fans) to help alleviate some of the financial strains they are experiencing after losing their jobs due to closings.

Multiple digital outlets, including Instagram’s Tanks Good News have shared posts from Swifties who reveal that Taylor’s Taylor Nation has sent them money after their jobs were affected by the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic. Holly Turner, a fan and music and photographer in New York City, shared her post on Twitter.

And while the young lady says that she used the money to pay her rent for the next several months, she’s also using a bit to pay it forward. As a photographer, she has created a collection of Lightroom photography filter presets and is donating $2 from the sale of each collection to a fundraiser for others who have lost their source of touring income due to COVID-19.

Taylor isn’t the only entertainer who is going above and beyond to help fans struggling during these heavy times in America. Kip Moore, Martina McBride, Brad and Kimberly Williams Paisley, Bebe Rexha and others have sent money or supplied groceries and meals to those in need. And countless musicians are streaming live shows daily to bring a little light to those who are in quarantine and are missing the season’s concerts and festivals.
