Thomas Rhett’s new music video for “Life Changes” is a glimpse inside his daily life on the road with his family of four. The title track of his latest album, “Life Changes” tells his journey chasing a career in music while the love of his life, Lauren, is by his side.
Shot throughout his current headlining tour in May, the Shaun Silva-directed clip shares TR’s road life with his growing family. Sweet moments include him hand-in-hand backstage with Lauren, feeding a bottle to his youngest daughter Ada James, and Willa Gray dancing along to her father’s show from side stage.

“This song is super personal and reflects exactly how much things have changed for me in the past year,” Thomas says in a statement. “Having the girls out on tour has changed what being on the road looks like for me…it just seems to keep getting more and more fun. And, I think the fans might even cheer louder for them than me!”
In one clip, Thomas is shown lifting Willa high in the air on stage much to the audience’s delight. Lauren can be spotted in the front row, all smiles as she’s holding Ada in her arms. Additional highlights include a family workout backstage while Ada looks on in her Pack ‘n Play and a band huddle that includes Lauren and the girls before TR takes the stage.
Thomas has been on the road for the majority of 2018 as part of his own Life Changes headlining tour as well as Kenny Chesney’s Trip Around the Sun Tour. In the midst of his tour dates, TR has thrown the first pitch at a Mariners game, hiked in Colorado with his family and spent a family vacation at Disney World in Orlando. Thomas’ Life Changes Tour picks back up this fall with Brett Young and Midland.
