Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Daughter, Maggie, Wows Soul2Soul Crowd with Soulful Performance

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are used to having special guests out on their 2018 Soul2Soul tour, but none more special than their 19 year old daughter Maggie McGraw.

As the Soul2Soul tour made a stop in London, Ontario on June 19, the couple invited their daughter out to sing one for the crowd. Tim did the introduction saying that his daughter decided to sing a song for the massive crowd. “She’s pretty incredible too. Ladies and Gentlemen, our daughter, Maggie McGraw,” he announced.

After giving a hug to dear ol’ dad, Maggie broke into her own version of Screamin’ Jay Hawkins’ blues ballad, “I Put a Spell on You,” which has since been covered by a number of artists including Nina Simone, Credence Clearwater Revival and Annie Lennox. As soon as the 19-year-old began to sing, revealing her soulful vocals, the crowd began to roar it’s approval.

I put a spell on you, because you’re mine / You’d better stop the things that you do / I ain’t lyin’, no I ain’t lyin’, yeah! / I just can’t stand it, baby, for you’re always runnin’ around / I can’t stand it the way you’re always puttin’ me down / I put a spell on you, because you’re mine,” she crooned.

Like mother like daughter, those pipes definitely run in the McGraw/Hill family. Maggie, the couples second born, is ready to takeover the family musical legacy.
