“Die A Happy Man” was the No. 1 song on more than one country music chart for multiple weeks. The song has become Thomas Rhett’s signature tune and it’s very much his song, which is why it’s a hard song to sing. Everyone knows and loves Rhett’s version.

Aaron Gibson was able to accomplish the task of making the well known hit his own by stripping it down and making the love song a gritty, soulful ode for his knockout performance on “The Voice.”

Gibson was pitted against the talented Josh Halverson, but in the end, he moved on for #TeamMiley and will appear on the live show.
