Blake Shelton is Going to Help Chelsea Handler Write a Country Song About a Lonely, Miserable Girl Who Doesn’t Like Kids

Chelsea Handler and Blake Shelton are pretty good friends these days because of Gwen Stefani, but that doesn’t mean they are meant to be songwriters together. Actually, based on their recent “Carpool Karaoke” experience, Chelsea probably shouldn’t even be singing with anyone in public anytime soon.

As the unlikely duo drove around L.A. talking and attempting to sing, Blake asked Chelsea if her life could be turned into a country song.

Chelsea: Yeah, totally. You know, I’m just a hot mess– drinking, partying.
Blake: In order for this to be in a country song there’s going to have to be some sort of a love interest.
Chelsea: I would love a love interest. No one is interested in me.
Blake: Of course, someone is interested in you!
Chelsea: I guess I’ll have to wait on someone to get divorced or something.
Blake: Now, that’s a country song.

It only got worse from there.
