Brett Eldredge has taking another step in his skyrocketing career by covering Queen’s “Crazy Little Thing Called Love.”

Brett interjected his Sinatra-like vocals on the tunes’s lyrics for a nationally televised commercial for Peloton. Peloton is all the rage with the fitness set, a stationary exercise bike that allows you to stream classes live or ride on the road with other riders via screen.

The “The Long Way” singer was tapped as the voice for the male version of the commercial and took to Instagram to share the good news.

“We lost Freddie Mercury 27 years ago today but his music still lives on…No one can do this song like him, but I just recorded it for a @onepelotoncommercial and it’s stuck in my head…thanks for your gift Freddie”

I gotta be cool, relax, get hip / And get on my track’s / Take a back seat, hitch-hike / And take a long ride on my motorbike / Until I’m ready / Crazy little thing called love.

The 1979 hit was recorded by Queen and written by lead singer Freddie Mercury. The song is featured on Queen’s album The Game, released in 1980.
