Brett Young is three for three when it comes to No. 1 singles. The California native has watched his first three songs, “Sleep Without You,” “In Case You Didn’t Know” and “Like I Loved You,” reach the top of the Mediabase and Billboard charts.

Monday night (Feb. 12), the 6’6″ singer was celebrating the last of the three singles, “Like I Loved You,” with an intimate party held at Nashville Underground in downtown Nashville. Family, friends and industry folk gathered to praise the singer’s latest hit along with his fellow songwriter, Jesse Lee.

Brett took the stage to address the crowd and thank everyone for their support. After having three No. 1 singles in a row, the sexy singer is getting used to standing at the top spot.

“I’m so blessed and so fortunate,” Brett said. “I don’t want to ever get to the point where I expect them all to go number one, except I’m kind of getting there y’all. Blessed, fortunate, so happy, so excited to share new music, so excited that this one did it because me and Jessie fought for this one. We cared about it. I love you guys.”

Next up for Brett is his current single “Mercy,” set to hit country radio on Feb. 20. Will Brett make it four for four? Only time will tell.

Catch Brett on the road when he heads out to be part of Thomas Rhett’s Life Changes Tour, which kicks off April 5 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
