14-Year-Old Brynn Cartelli’s Stunning Performance of Rascal Flatts’ “Here Comes Goodbye” During “Voice” Knockouts is a Must-Listen

From the second she opened her mouth during her blind audition on “The Voice,” Brynn Cartelli has proved that age is nothing but a number in this competition– and her performance during night 2 of knockouts was nothing short of incredible.

The 14-year-old sang Rascal Flatts’ “Here Comes Goodbye” and gave it an entirely unique sound and story of her own. She even earned a Yes, girl! from coach Kelly Clarkson mid-way, which is always a good sign.

As you likely know, “Voice” contestants go up against their fellow teammates during knockout rounds– Brynn was paired with her fellow #TeamKelly team member, Jamella, who sang Little Big Town’s “Girl Crush.” Ultimately, Kelly chose to keep Brynn, and I can’t wait to see her continue in the competition. I have a good feeling the other coaches are itching to get Brynn off of Kelly’s team and onto their own because there’s a good chance she could take home the win this season.
