There Was A Chair in Front of Carrie Underwood’s CMA Awards Dressing Room and You Weren’t Allowed to Move It

Carrie Underwood has been hosting the CMA Awards with Brad Paisley for 10 years now. Per the usual, she killed her hosting duties and multiple outfit changes. Not to mention, her in memoriam performance of “Softly and Tenderly,” was heart-stopping.

Carrie also had a date for the evening, as husband Mike Fisher enjoys retirement, he also got to watch Carrie do her thing in real time.

Mike posted a sweet photo to Instagram saying, “Proud of this woman!! So much hard work the last little while! she and @bradpaisley killed it again!” outside of Carrie’s dressing room door.

And while it is a super sweet photo and message, I can’t help but notice one thing– the giant sign that says “do not move this chair.”

Do you think the chair is for Reba? Or Carrie? Or maybe in case Luke Bryan comes by and just needs a place to sit and relax for a second?
