Carrie Underwood Wins with “Love Wins” Video

-

Carrie Underwood is on the side of love in her new colorful video for “Love Wins.”

The second single off her upcoming album “Cry Pretty,” lends itself to a powerful message that the world needs to hear. Singing of the human race all being brothers and sisters and standing together, Carrie champions love.

“This song is hopeful,” Carrie said.  “It’s saying no matter who you are, what you feel, what you think, we’re all human beings.  We all deserve love.  We all deserve respect and we all should try to show that to one another.”

Directed by Shane Drake, the rainbow influenced video shows different races coming together to share one thing in common, Love. Throughout the video Carrie is carefree in a flowing orange veiled dress as images of people walking toward something flash on screen. As they walk and the chorus hits, the people all grab hands and head to a performance by Carrie, where she brings everyone together.

As Carrie performs, the people dance and rainbow colors of paint fill the air and all hands unite as one.

With this powerful message, both love and Carrie win.
