Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat sandwich thin
  • a little veganaise (or mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 4 slices tomato
  • a sprinkle of original Mrs. Dash on top

Directions:

  • Toast the sandwich thin.
  • Pile ingredients on the two slices of toasted bread.
