- 1 whole wheat sandwich thin
- a little veganaise (or mayonnaise)
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 slices tomato
- a sprinkle of original Mrs. Dash on top
- Toast the sandwich thin.
- Pile ingredients on the two slices of toasted bread.
