It’s hard to believe it, but we’ve finally made it to the finale on “The Voice,” and with just four artists and three coaches left in the game (sorry, Adam Levine!), it’s certainly a finale worth watching.
During part one of the season 15 finale, coach Kelly Clarkson’s country queen, Chevel Shepherd, took on Tanya Tucker’s “It’s a Little Too Late,” staying true to her country streak she’s held this season.
During their coaching session, Kelly Clarkson said she wanted to show off Chevel’s “soul” through her performance— and we have to say she nailed it! She paid homage to Tanya’s rendition all while providing her own unique, one-of-a-kind sound.
Chevel Shepherd remains in the competition alongside coach Blake Shelton’s Kirk Jay and Chris Kroeze, as well as coach Jennifer Hudson’s Kennedy Holmes. Coach Adam Levine was left with no representation in the finale after his final artist, Reagan Strange, was sent home.
Which coach and artist will end up taking home the win this season? While we have our sneaking suspicions, we’ll ultimately find out tonight during “The Voice” finale part two on NBC.
