After the release of his latest album, Everybody, on Friday and Nashville’s Mayor, Megan Barry, proclaiming Sept. 22 “Everybody Day,” Chris Janson high-tailed it over to New York City for an appearance on “Live With Kelly and Ryan.”
True to form, the Missouri native wowed the audience with his energetic performance of “Fix A Drink,” along with his killer harmonica skills—leading Kelly Ripa to say, “That was incredible. I mean that was really incredible” at the end of his performance. And she happened to be right.
Janson, who is arguably one of country’s top entertainers, has been busy promoting his latest 12-track offering, which features his current single, “Fix a Drink.”
“I put my heart and soul into this collection of songs and worked with some amazing folks to put it together,” Janson said. “I really hope you hear something about yourself in each and every one of these, because I made it for y’all.”
The 31-year-old recently wrapped up a stint on Sam Hunt’s 15 in a 30 Tour and is currently on the road for his own headlining Everybody Tour, which kicked off on Sept. 24 in Boston. In addition, the “Buy Me a Boat” singer will open select dates for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Soul2Soul Tour in October.
