Craig Campbell’s Daughter Follows In Father’s Footsteps

Craig Campbell’s daughter, Preslee, is headed for great things. The 9-year-old is following in her dad’s musical footsteps.

We’ve seen Preslee perform covers with her dad, like Frozen’s “Let It Go” and Kelsea Ballerini’s “Peter Pan,” beginning at the age of six-years-old. But now, the young lady has taken on songwriting.

Craig posted a clip of his daughter singing the song she wrote with a caption that reads, “And so it begins…she said…’Daddy, I wrote this. What do you think?’ #movingon #presleecampbell @mcphersonguitars.”

Watch out Craig, your baby’s destined to be a star. With lyrics like “Baby, I told you / to stay away from me / but baby I don’t care what you say / I’m moving on with someone else today,” she’s on the right track. Quite advanced lyrics for such a young girl.

Like father, like daughter.
