Fundraiser Established To Help Daryle Singletary’s Family With Funeral Expenses

Friends of Daryle Singletary have created an online fundraiser on to help out the family of the country singer. Daryle passed away suddenly on Feb. 12 at his home in Lebanon, Tenn. He was 46.

The news of Daryle’s death shocked the country music community. Friend Travis Tritt tweeted his condolences saying, “I’m shocked and saddened to hear that Daryle Singletary has passed away. He was a true country voice and his talent will be sorely missed. Praying for Daryle’s friends and family.”

The Georgia native is survived by his wife, Holly, two sons, Jonah and Mercer and two daughters, Nora and Charlotte. According to the fundraising site, which is run by Franklin Synergy Bank, “Funds raised will be used for all family and funeral expenses.” At the time of this post, the site has raised $8,310 of it’s $100,000 goal.

Daryle made his mark on country music in 1995 with hits like “I Let Her Lie,” “Too Much Fun,” “Amen Kind of Love” and “The Note.” He released seven albums over the course of his career including, All Because of You and Ain’t It The Truth.
