The Dixie Chicks launched the North American leg of their highly-anticipated DCX MMXVI Tour in Cincinnati, Tour in Cincinnati, where they played all of their hits and then some to a capacity crowd of 20,000-plus.

In addition to the music, fans also had the opportunity to interact with three dynamic nonprofits participating on-site, all of whom were asked by the Dixie Chicks to participate in their national tour. Headcount volunteers helped to register attendees to vote. Planned Parenthood let attendees know who is targeting their reproductive healthcare and how to obtain access to high-quality healthcare. Proclaim Justice, founded in part by singer Natalie Maines, shared information on their mission to win freedom for inmates who are innocent of the crimes for which they were convicted.
