It’s been said that the music industry is high school with money. So we’re taking a look at some of our favorite country singers and divvying them up in the group’s we think they’d be in. This isn’t a look at who these stars were in high school, but rather a look at them now and where they’d fit in our fictional Music Row High.

Head Cheerleader: Carrie Underwood

Carrie is the quintessential American girl. Heck, she’s married to a hockey player so cheering comes naturally to the blonde beauty.

Most Likely to Be on a Reality Show: Blake Shelton

The Voice” is technically a reality show, guys. It’s reality competition but it totally fits the bill. And, admit it, you’d love to watch the Blake Shelton reality show.

Class Clown: Luke Bryan

This is a sought after title in country music, with both Blake and Brad Paisley vying for the crown. But nobody likes a good time like Luke Bryan.

Captain of the Baseball Team: Jason Aldean

Did you know that Jason almost had a career in baseball? It’s true. While he’s not the only boy of summer in the genre, we’d love to see him hit the field.

Captain of the Football Team: Kenny Chesney

Kenny Chesney is our football captain, with a scholarship to the University of Tennessee, because we know that would be a dream of his.

Drama Queen: Reba McEntire

Star of the stage and screen, you know Reba is the lead the in every high school production. From “Oklahoma” to “Annie Oakley,” everyone in this school would know her name.

Glee Club: Little Big Town

You can’t beat Little Big Town’s vocals. This flawless foursome would take Music Row High to state every year.

King and Queen of the Prom: Tim McGraw and Faith Hill

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are the classic country couple we want to emulate. From their awesome duets to the their beautiful children, they’ve earned these crowns.

Best Musicians: Keith Urban and Brad Paisley

There are those two guys in every high school who spend all of their free time with their guitars and for us those guys are Keith and Brad. They’ve got the talent, but they also have the dedication.

Garage Band Chick: Miranda Lambert

Miranda Lambert doesn’t make it to class much, but that’s because she started a band and is traveling the countryside making a living at her dream.
