Jana Kramer is keeping it real. After announcing the news of her second pregnancy with husband Michael Caussin, the country cutie has started a new Vlog on her Youtube channel and is sharing more news about her pregnancy.

“I want this Vlog to be as real as it gets…so here’s the start of it! I also want to say I know how lucky and fortunate I am. I know many women who are still waiting for that chance to have and start a family….know that you are not alone and there is an army of people there for you…lets all support each other on the comments below!!,” she wrote on her vlog intro.

The first episode, titled “The Big Announcement,” takes fans through Jana’s pregnancy journey from the early sonogram pictures and checkup to her bout with morning sickness.

“I am so sick,” Jana says in the video. “I will be seeing this later. And I just feel like a bad mom because I just have no energy and have been puking 2±4/7.” She’s currently watching TV right now. I feel like I’m doing a bad job. But I’m just doing the best I can at this moment. You know how I know I don’t feel good. Wine sounds like the worst thing on the planet to me right now. That’s when you know that Jana Kramer does not feel good.”

She goes on to take fans through her highs and lows of pregnancy, including the AVA bracelet she wore to help her get pregnant. The AVA bracelet helps women keep track of their cycle, providing insight into their fertility, pregnancy, and health.

At the end of the video, Jana shares a preview of her next Vlog episode which will deal with her miscarriages and IVF treatment.

“My next episode is going to be, it’s a tough one. A lot of people have asked me to talk about my miscarriages and IVF so that is what I’m going to do because I want to keep it real for you guys and I want to show you guys the journey that I had to get to this baby. it was hard and I definitely fought with myself about whether I want to share, because these videos are even tough for me and my husband to watch. But people who have miscarried and gone through IVF rounds, you are not alone. I have felt it too and I know that it’s so hard, you don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel but hopefully this video can give you a little help and a little inspiration that it can happen.”
