Breast cancer is a disease that is near and dear to Jason Aldean‘s heart.

This year he combined his 11th annual “Concert for the Cure” with the Grand Ole Opry‘s “Opry Goes Pink.” He also flipped the switch on the Opry’s signature barn backdrop to turn it pink.

Chris Young (with surprise guest Cassadee Pope), Hillary Scott and the Scott Family, Montgomery Gentry, Jeannie Seely and Mickey Guyton performed to raise awareness for breast cancer and raise funds for the Nashville-based non-profit Women Rock for the Cure, which connects and supports young women facing breast cancer.

Aldean also presented the the Nashville chapter of Susan G. Komen with a check for more than $450,000.

The Opry is donating $5 from ticket sales to Women Rock for the Cure.
