Jerrod Niemann is showing off his patriotic side as he helped kick off the USO’s annual holiday tour.

Jerrod and his wife Morgan spent their holiday visiting with troops bringing Christmas to those who could not make it home this year.

The holiday tour, led by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Marine Corps General Joe Dunford, began on Dec. 20 and ran through Dec. 26, the day after Christmas, making stops in Iraq, Afghanistan, aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt at al-Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates and at Moron Air Base, Spain—The troupe’s first stop where they met with service members from the 469th Air Base Squadron and the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Talk Force Crisis Response – Africa.

Jerrod and Morgan were joined by professional wrestlers Michael “The Miz” Mizanin and Alicia Fox; actor-comedians Adam DeVine and Iliza Shlesinger; and celebrity chef and talk show host Robert Irvine and his wife, Gail Kim-Irvine, a professional wrestler, model and actress.

The Kansas took to Instagram to share his experience along with several photos from his trip. “Honored to spend the holidays with the bravest! #USOTour2017 #airforce2 #USO #cheers,” Jerrod wrote.
