Jessie James Decker’s Latest Breastfeeding Video Will Motivate You to Hit the Gym

-

Jessie James Decker is finding that dropping weight with baby No. 3 is harder this time around than it was with babies 1 and 2.

The mom of three—Vivianne Rose, 4, Eric Jr., 2, and Forrest, 3 months—gave birth to her third child and second son, Forrest Bradley, on March 31 and she’s been sharing her struggle to get back into shape with her fans on Instagram.

Jessie took to the social media app to show that even she has a hard time making things work as a mom of three. In the video, Jessie is breastfeeding Forrest after he woke up crying in the midst of her workout.

“I will admit this is been the most challenging to see any progress this time around. Baby Number three is no joke when it comes to your body and all the changes!,” she wrote with the video. “I’m definitely used to seeing things progress a lot faster but I’m trying to be patient. Trying to stay active and trying to eat healthy as much as I can!!”

She continues, “I’m not one of those women that drops weight from breast-feeding I’m one of those women that holds onto every little ounce of weight that I have to continue to make milk for my baby. so in the end all that matters is he’s healthy and eating well but I’m not going to lie obviously I would love to see some changes physically so I can fit back into my old clothes but I have to remind myself I’m only four months post and we have to be patient with ourselves and just do all that you can’t to feel healthy and good in your own skin!! #mommyworkoutdiary #15lbstogo.”

Keeping it real JJD.

Keepin it real! 3 weeks post and I’m still very swollen. The 3rd has been by far the hardest recovery, but I’m feeling stronger every day. Little Forrest is such an amazing baby and the easiest one of the 3. I’ve updated you all throughout my entire pregnancy and how much my tummy/baby were growing monthly so I felt like I should share where I’m at post baby. It sure is incredible what the body can do and I’m so grateful! I know i say this after each baby but remember what our bodies just when through for 9 months and be proud, don’t stress over post baby body, just enjoy your new baby because these are beautiful moments and memories you will cherish forever (aaaand drink your coffee to survive the no sleeping all night long ha!) ❤️
