Kacey Musgraves Marries Fiancé Ruston Kelly


Congratulations are in order for Kacey Musgraves and her new husband, Ruston Kelly, who were married on Saturday, Oct. 14 in a private ceremony in Tennessee.

The couple both teased the big day on Twitter. Ruston tweeted, early in the morning, “I’m like, getting married today.” While Kacey took to Twitter simply posting, “Today,” with a bride and heart emojis.

Ruston later took to Instagram to share a photo from the big night. “Last night as a bachelor. Finally ready to throw in that towel cuz I actually found the real thing. Couldn’t be more proud to have all our family and friends here to honor this new badass union. 📷: @thekyleryan,” he wrote in the post.


Kacey and her boyfriend, Ruston Kelly, announced their engagement on Christmas Day 2016. The adorable couple met one night at the famed Bluebird Cafe when Kacey was there to take in a show.

Of the engagement, Musgraves said, “”Last night the best man I’ve ever met got down on one knee in my little pink childhood home. In the same room I played with my ponies and barbies and asked me the easiest question I’ve ever been asked. I finally know what everyone means when they say, ‘You just know.'”

While the couple was mum about their big day, they were not shy about sharing the events leading up to the wedding, including Kacey’s bacherlorette party celebrated with friends at Dollywood and their recent co-ed wedding shower .
