Kacey Musgraves Dazzles Late Night Crowd with “Wonder Woman” and “Love is a Wild Thing” Performance

Kacey Musgraves made her way to the Golden State to spend some time promoting her album, Golden Hour, on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

The Texas native was the musical guest Tuesday night, performing not one, but two tracks, “Wonder Woman” and “Love is a Wild Thing,” from her latest project. Kacey kicked it off the performance with “Love is a Wild Thing,” decked out in a butterfly patterned dress, complete with thigh high slits that showed off black and white striped boy shorts.

Running like a river trying to find the ocean / Flowers in the concrete / Climbing over fences, blooming in the shadows / Places that you can’t see / Coming through the melody when the night bird sings / Love is a wild thing, yeah”, Kacey sang while strumming a guitar.

Next up, the brunette beauty treated the audience to “Wonder Woman,” which had Kacey, sans guitar, working the stage. In the tune, Kacey reveals that she’s not looking for a Superman to love, because she’s not Wonder Woman.

All I need’s a place to land / I don’t need a Superman to win my lovin’ / ‘Cause, baby, I ain’t Wonder Woman,” she sings to the delight of the crowd.

Kacey will kick off the U.S. leg of her headlining Oh, What a World Tour in Indianapolis on January 9th.
