Kane Brown recently stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform two songs off his new album, “Experiment.” The outdoor concert had the Los Angeles audience singing along to the singer’s latest single, “Lose It,” and the heartfelt “Good As You.”
Kane penned both songs and each showcased his versatility. On the introspective “Good As You,” Kane sings of wishing he could be as good of a person as his lady. With a sultry guitar riff and Kane’s soulful singing style, he captivated the outdoor audience. Fittingly, when he turned his microphone to them and asked for assistance on the track’s chorus, they more than obliged.
The Georgia native picked up the pace with his infectious new single, “Lose It.” The upbeat track, currently in the top 5 on the country charts, showcased Kane’s swagger as he pranced around the stage and sang the song. A captivating performance, “Lose It” highlighted Kane’s deep vocals and engaging live show. Watch his appearance below.
Kane’s 2018 is proving to be a successful one as the singer’s songs continue to make their impact on the country community. Earlier this week, his 3x-platinum single “Heaven” was named SESAC’s Country Song of the Year while the 4x-platinum “What Ifs” was featured as one of ASCAP’s Top 5 Country Songs of the Year. Both events honored the genre’s biggest songs and recognized the country genre’s songwriters at separate awards show in Nashville ahead of Wednesday’s CMA Awards.
Additionally, Kane recently broke the U.S. record on Apple Music when “Experiment” garnered 2.5 million streams within the first 24 hours of its release.
