[Watch] Kane Brown Heads to the Desert for “Lose It” Video

-

Kane Brown recently released “Lose It,” the lead single to his forthcoming sophomore album. The upbeat, anthemic track has the country singer reflecting on a woman he can’t seem to get enough of and someone he wants to drop everything to be around. And, the fiery music video brings the song vividly to life.

Directed by Alex Alvga, “Lose It” was shot in the desert and features the Georgia native belting the song in a isolated location. Later, Kane hops into a Camaro to meet up with his lady on the dance floor and is soon spotted singing the infectious chorus atop his ride.

“I don’t think you know what you’re doing to me, you got / My heart skip-skipping a beat tonight / Close enough to there’s space between / You and me, let’s lose it / The way you’re dancing, swaying to the music / Girl, that body and how you move it / Every time you cross my mind / Girl, I lose it / Yeah, I lose it / Yeah, I lose it,” he belts on the chorus.

Kane premiered the pop-country jam during his set at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium during CMA Fest 2018. With ear-grabbing beats and a melody that stays with the listener, he had 60,000 people dancing along to his new single, which he penned with Chase McGill and Will Weatherly.

Upon the song’s release, the 24-year-old singer/songwriter announced that his yet-to-be-titled new album will be available on Nov. 9. It follows the success of his 2016 self-titled debut which featured his previous two chart toppers, “Heaven” and “What Ifs.”

At a recent No. 1 party in Nashville, Kane had much to celebrate including his platinum debut album as well as two gold-selling songs with “There Goes My Everything” and “Found You.” Additionally, he was honored with plaques for his double platinum chart topper “Heaven” and triple platinum No. 1 hit “What Ifs” featuring Lauren Alaina.
