After Architectural Digest and several other outlets reported that Keith Urban had his eye on Michael Jackson’s old New York City townhouse, Nicole Kidman went ahead and shut that rumor down.
Kidman told “Extra,” “No, no, I don’t know, no! That’s definitely a wrong rumor, so I’m glad to put it to rest. No, we’re staying put in Nashville. It’s a good town for us. We love New York City, but we’ve got our roots in Nashville.”
The Upper East Side mansion is on the market for $39 million, which seems steep even for Urban and Kidman. It was built in 1898 and the 12,745 square foot pad comes with seven bedrooms and 10 fireplaces. Yes, 10.
It’s nice and all, but 10 fireplaces seems like something to worry about and not something one can actually enjoy. Not all at the same time anyway. Does it have a heater?
