Kelly Clarkson demonstrated her knack at picking the best vocal talent on “The Voice” last night. The singer took the stage with her Team Kelly contestants, where the five women showcased their powerful vocal chops during a spellbinding cover of Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You.”

During “The Voice” 2018 Live Top 13 show, all of Kelly’s contestants made it to the next round and it was easy to see why. Their three-minute performance of Dolly’s classic turned heads and had the audience screaming along on each vocalist’s solo.

Kelly kicked off the performance seated beside Chevel Shepherd, Kymberli Joye, Lynnea Moore and Sarah Grace. While her mesmerizing vocals were expected, each woman shined on the song as the stage was engulfed in a cloud smoke. With delicate acoustic guitar accompaniment and a cajón player keeping the beat, it was the five females that were the main attraction.

Two contestants were sent home during the show, but luckily for Kelly it was no one on her team. There are now 11 contestants remaining in this season’s competition of “The Voice.”

When she’s not lending her vocal talent to “The Voice,” Kelly is assisting in the upcoming “Uglydolls” film. The singer and fellow “The Voice” coach Blake Shelton voice two characters in the film. The production follows Kelly’s character, Moxy, and her UglyDolls friends confront what it means to be different, as well as struggle with their desire to be loved. Along the way, they discover that you don’t have to be perfect to be amazing.

The cast includes Kelly, Blake, Joe Jonas, Janelle Monáe, Pitbull, Wanda Sykes, Emma Roberts, Gabriel Iglesias, Wang Leehom, Bebe Rexha, Charli XCX and Lizzo.
