Professional football isn’t just about football anymore. In addition to national anthem performances and that coveted Super Bowl halftime slot, musicians are being called on to entertain at televised games throughout the season. Kelsea Ballerini represented country music well when she joined the Chainsmokers for a performance of “This Feeling” during Monday Night Football.
Prior to the performance, Kelsea took to her socials from the field of the LA Memorial Coliseum to declare, “I am now a football fan.” And while she donned the colors of the Los Angeles Rams, she also said that she likes all of the teams.
While the Los Angeles Rams and the Kansas City Chiefs hit the locker room for halftime, Kelsea, Alex, and Andrew delivered an energetic rendition of their international hit single. Looking adorable in a belly-baring tied up tee, hip patchwork denim mini, black bomber jacket and white booties, Kelsea’s vocal was as flawless as her fashion choice.
It’s been a solid year for the talented young beauty who is also the fifth coach on NBC’s “The Voice” this season. Kelsea advised a team of aspiring artists who were given a second chance to secure a spot in the competition. She did her job well, too. Lynnea Moorer from The Comeback Stage, is now one of the Top 11 finalists.
Can’t get enough Kelsea? She’ll be back on “The Voice” on November 27, then performs on the popular “The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Holiday Special” December 2 on ABC. She’ll also hit the road in 2019 with Kelly Clarkson on the “Meaning of Life Tour” before heading out on her own headlining “Miss Me More Tour” with Brett Young and Brandon Ratcliff.
