Kelsea Ballerini and Fiancé Morgan Evans Share Surprise Kiss on Stage

-

When you have a single called “Kiss Somebody,” it’s only right that you get to, well… kiss somebody. Morgan Evans got to do just that when his fiancée Kelsea Ballerini showed up during his concert to surprise her man.

Morgan was performing at the K102 Fan Jam in Minnesota on Wednesday night (Oct. 18) when Kelsea ran out on stage and planted a lingering kiss on his lips.

As Kelsea quickly departed the stage, the crowd cheered and Morgan returned to his set saying, “I’m grateful everyday for the accent that did that.”

With both parties being on the road as they tend to their growing careers, it’s hard to find the time to see each other. Kelsea just wrapped the second leg of Lady Antebellum’s You Look Good Tour which had her in the UK, Ireland and Scotland, while Morgan is out on the road promoting his single, “Kiss Somebody.” and in the studio working on his upcoming album.

The surprise visit is all part of their plan to not spend more than two weeks apart. Both Kelsea and Morgan took to Instagram to share the passionate kiss with the world.

“I get to wear a lot of hats, but being @morganevansmusic biggest fan is one of the best fittin,” Kelsea wrote in a post.

“When she shows up to surprise you at a show … you bring her on stage and you #kisssomebody,” Morgan said.

The lovebirds met in 2016 when they co-hosted the Country Music Channel Awards in Brisbane, Australia. “I was anti-love, dudes, thinking about futures before him… I always remember people telling me, ‘When you know, you know.’ And I was like, ‘What do you mean? That makes no sense to me.’ And then, for real, within weeks, I was like, ‘Whenever. Yeah, I’m in,” the 24-year-old told ET about their meeting.

The husband and wife to be announced their engagement on Christmas Day and are set to be married before the end of this year, if all goes according to plan.
