Kesha and Maren Morris Sang “Your Love is My Drug” Together with Vince Gill and Emmylou Harris on the BGVs (Video)

In 2010, Kesha released her hit single, “Your Love Is My Drug,” off her album, Animal. The tune is as poppy and dance-happy as one can get and its definitely not a song you’d ever think about Vince Gill listening to or singing along on, but great things happen All For The Hall happens.

Kesha, as a part of Gill’s annual All For The Hall fundraiser, sat in on the guitar-pull with Emmylou Harris, Maren Morris and Gill and brought some of her biggest hits to the acoustic stage.

Though Kesha grew up in Nashville and in the songwriting community, her pop vibe is far from Harris’ catalog these days, which is why it was pretty insane to hear Kesha sing “Your Love Is My Drug” with the help of Morris and two country music icons.

After the show, Maren shared a photo of herself with Kesha saying, “Was having a little bit of an off day and then I played a round with Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris and this woman who has inspired me a whole lot this year. @iiswhoiis , thank you for being so kind.”
