Lauren Alaina’s Performance Video of “Three” Will Make Leave You With Chills

-

When Lauren Alaina wrote her current song, “Three,” featured on the Road Less Traveled album, she took a piece of her life and put it into a song.

Co-written by Lauren, Seth Ennis and Jordan Reynolds, “Three” tells the story of her life as she was competing on “American Idol” and missing out on family events and milestones in life. In a stunning video for Vevo Original Live performances, Lauren strips down the ballad and let’s her flawless vocals tell the story.

Mama said, “you’ll be a star” / And daddy said, “you’re gonna go far, all you gotta do is sing your heart out” / A lot of miles, a lot of tears / You’ve given me some of my best years / There’s so much I had to miss out on / Six years of missing home for three minutes on the radio,” she sings in the chorus.

Lauren in currently on the roaf with Jason Aldean as part of his High Noon Neon Tour. Their next stop will take them to Bethel, New York on July 13.
