Reba McEntire‘s 40th Anniversary at the Grand Ole Opry was a celebration that won’t soon be forgotten. Not only did she perform the first song she ever sang at the esteemed venue “Invitation To The Blues,” her induction song “Somebody Should Leave,” theme song “Survivor” from her six-season sitcom Reba and her signature “Fancy,” but Vince Gill, Carrie Underwood and Dolly Parton all made surprise appearances in her honor.

Of the evening, Reba said, “”It was a lot of fun. It was nerve-wracking; it was scary. This means the world to me. It’s been a wonderful 40 years. I couldn’t have done it without you, and I wouldn’t have wanted to!”

And while her duet of “Does He Love You” with Underwood brought us to tears, Reba’s Instagram feed from the evening showcase that she isn’t just beloved by millions of country music fans– her family adores her just as much.

First off, this little cowboy made his way to Nashville to see Reba. And he didn’t just dress for the plane ride. He dressed for the entire occasion.

Carrie also did some “over-gramming” of the celebration, because, yeah, she said it best, “How is this my life? I got to be part of this crew celebrating @reba ‘s 40th anniversary of her first @opry appearance! Three legends…and me!!! So many dreams came true tonight!”
